The Kazyl Petro Refinery is a state-of-the-art facility comprising 12 advanced process units and a dedicated product storage and transmission system. These units handle feedstock reception, product production, and seamless transfer operations. The refinery is managed by skilled personnel and operates under the sophisticated FCS/DCS advanced control systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and precision.
Kazyl Petro Refinery’s diverse production units include olefin, high-density polyethylene, linear polyethylene, butadiene, butane-1, Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR), and Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR). These specialized units contribute significantly to the mega-scale projects within the Special Economic Zone and have secured a strong presence in regional and global petrochemical markets, earning recognition from key players in the industry.
Our SBR production plant, utilizing GOODYEAR’s cold emulsion polymerization technology, boasts an annual capacity of 16,000 tons. Additionally, our PBR production plant employs GOODRICH’s Ziegler-Natta solution polymerization technology, with an annual capacity of 11,000 tons. Both plants are strategically located on a 10-hectare site within the Petrochemical Special Economic Zone, positioning Kazyl Petro Refinery as a leader in elastomer production and innovation.
